1. Chartering and Booking

  • Booking is subjected to vessel availability.
  • Booking will only be confirmed upon full payment and is subjected to a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Any extension of charter time will be charged according to yacht
  • The embarkation and disembarkation point will be at One15 Marina Club only.
  • Charter rate includes fuel and skipper/crew fee. However, a fuel surcharge may be charged for cruising requests out of the standard cruise route.
  • All charters include cruise from Sentosa to Lazarus Island only.

2. Payment and Refund

  • Payment must be made In full upon booking.
  • Payment must be made either by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal. A 4% Service charge is required for PayPal payment.
  • In the event of a refund, the refund will be issued by bank transfer to the client within a month of cancellation/refund.

3. Cancellation of Charter

  • For cancellation of the charter made 22 days and more from the day of charter, 30% charter fee will be forfeited.
  • For cancellation made 21 to 15 days, before the day of charter, 40% charter fee will be forfeited.
  • For cancellation made 14 to 7 days, before the day of charter, 50% charter fee will be forfeited.
  • For cancellation made less than 7 days before the day of charter, 100% charter fee will be forfeited.
  • More than 14 days before charter, the booking can be postponed to another date within 3 months of the original booking date with an admin fee of $150. No postponing is allowed within 14 days before the date of the charter.

4. Insurance and Safety

  • All charter vessels carry their own insurance and public liability policies.
  • Personal Insurance Is recommended to be undertaken by the client and/or his guests.
  • All BOB Marine charters can only be operated by BOB Marine captain.
  • No lifeguards are provided during the charter. The client and/or his guests will be swimming and engaging in water sports activities at their own risk. BOB Marine will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss of personal items.
  • All children onboard BOB Marine vessel shall at all times be under the supervision of an adult. The client Is to indicate the number of children that will be onboard the charter to our staff during booking.
  • For safety reasons, guests can only disembark from the vessel for sea sports and activities when the captain/crew gives permission.
  • No water activities or swimming are allowed after 7 pm.

5. Cancellation or Delay of Charter

  • BOB Marine reserves the right to cancel the charter due to unforeseen circumstances, in which the charter fee will be fully refunded to the client. Alternatively, the client can contact our staff to book another charter slot.
  • In the event of bad weather or sea condition, BOB Marine Captain or crew will consult the duty officer of the marina if the charter can proceed or
  • have to be delayed.
  • Bob Marine is not responsible for any delay due to bad weather or sea condition and no extension of charter time will be compensated.
  • Bob Marine reserves the right to cancel a charter, in the event that there is a technical Issue that safety implication, in which a full refund, an
  • upgrade yacht or postpone of the charter will be given.
  • The Captain/crew reserves the right to cancel a charter with no refunds or compensation if the client and/or his / her guests are deemed to act in a rowdy and uncooperative behaviour that endanger himself/herself, crew and/or guests on the vessel.
  • All alcohol consumption has to cease 15 minutes prior to the end of the charter.
  • Upon returning to Marina, the client is to disembark from the yacht within 15 minutes to facilitate the BOB Marine crew for cleaning of the yacht. Any delay of 15 minutes and above will be chargeable at the standard hourly rate of the yacht.

6. Promotions and Discount Coupons

  • All discount coupons can only be used once and have to be utilized within their validity date.
  • All BOB Marine discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount coupons are not valid with any other promotional offer or discount.
  • Only one coupon can be used each time.
  • No replacement will be given for the loss of discount coupons.

7. Equipment Rental and Usage

  • Sea sports equipment are subjected to availability and must be confirmed before the charter.
  • In the event of damage to equipment by the client and /or his / her guests due to negligence, the client is to pay for the repair cost or item replacement cost.
  • For cancellation made less than 7 days before the day of charter, a 100% fee will be charged for all paid motorized sea sports equipment.
  • Fishing equipment Is available for rental for $30. Balt Is sold separately.
  • Guests are expected to keep the yacht clean. Any damage done to the yacht will be charged accordingly.

8.Damage to Property

  • The client shall be responsible for any damage is done to the yacht or any thereof or to any furniture, fittings, equipment or other property therein and shall make good and pay for any damage thereto (Including accidental damage) caused by any act or omission (whether negligently or otherwise) of the client or any person related to the client during the charter.

9. Food and Beverages

  • Charter rates do not include food and beverages.
  • Food and beverages packages are available upon request and pre-order to be made 7 days prior to the charter.
  • Cancellation of food order, there will be no refund.
  • Corkage fee worth $15/pax is waived for self-catered food, soft drinks and 1st bottle of hard liquor only. An additional bottle of hard liquor is charged at $100/bottle.
